The Sales Development Representative’s (SDR’s) main focus is engaging with new prospective customers via outbound activities (email, phone calls, LinkedIn), shining a light on potential challenges they’re facing or goals they’re trying to address and determining whether DataCamp’s solutions can address those needs. Success in this role is highly dependent on your ability to initiate conversations and network from the ground up, the ability to consistently and enthusiastically complete your day to day activities, applying critical thinking in every situation, and your professional persistence.
