Responsibilities

  • Support in managing partners, promoters, and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaborations that deliver on client objectives.
  • Coordinate event logistics from sourcing and negotiating supplier contracts to on-site coordination.
  • Assist in managing, tracking, and updating project budgets and expenses.
  • Contribute to new ideas and solutions to enhance activations, ensuring the delivery at its highest standards.
  • Assist in scheduling, correspondence, document management and other administrative tasks.
