Requirements
  • Able to demonstrate a proven experience of managing and delivering CRM campaigns including DM and Email
  • Has a strong sense of personal responsibility for projects and can become known as the 'go to' person
  • Actively builds good relationships within the organisation and outside stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity and to have an objective focused and positive approach
  • Strong customer service ethos, a commitment to quality and to high standards of excellence and integrity
  • Previous experience working with key stakeholders to ensure that creativity is protected throughout the delivery of the project

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients, account, planning, and production team to ensure a full understanding and definition of client requirements and ensure that the project objectives are realistic and achievable within the specified timeframe and budget
  • Managing assigned projects from conception to completion, to time, to budget and expected quality
  • To coordinate the day-to-day running of the project and work closely with the other teams throughout the agency as appropriate
  • Organise, chair and steer project meetings with project teams and agency peers
  • Creation and updates of the statement of work and timing plans
  • Together with account management, take responsibility for project budgets
  • Ownership of all project deliverables
  • Assess the feasibility of concepts using your senior delivery team to support where required
  • Resourcing assigned projects in full
  • Accurately assess, communicate, and manage project risks and issues. Escalating to your senior delivery lead where required
  • Build strong relationships with your project teams and clients
  • Demonstrate attention to detail throughout the life cycle of a project
  • Ensuring that all assigned projects have a clear brief
  • Be able to manage change effectively and calmly in a hectic environment
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
  • Reliable and determined with the ability to make things happen
  • Always taking responsibility for your actions
  • Takes responsibility for projects. And feels accountable for both the work, and the process
  • Drives decision-making around projects, ensuring that key stakeholders are involved and consulted at the right moments, resulting in projects being more efficiently delivered
  • Can both take responsibility for decisions and hold their team members accountable, dealing with consequences as required
