- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years using Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server
- 3+ years' experience with server virtualization using VMware or others
- 3+ years' experience working in a production data center setting
- 3+ years of installing new and existing software on a virtual platform
- The ability to work with teammates of varying technical background from Interns to Architects
- Participate in requirements gathering for infrastructure lifecycle that includes changes to existing VMware and AWS footprint, OS, VestmarkONE application, SQL version, and 3rd party software
- Install and configure infrastructure across the stack (hardware, network, firewall, applications, database, storage) and work as a team to deliver best-in-class financial software to internal and external clients
- Participate in end-to-end infrastructure readiness, monitoring, and security
- Act as a primary technical lead with on-going projects
- Collaborate on joint projects across multiple departments
- Following, creating, and optimizing process documentation and transitioning knowledge to others on learned processes
- Support the migration of applications to the cloud infrastructure and assist in the analysis, tuning, and re-architecture when necessary to ensure adherence to business requirements and milestones
- Contribute using Agile/Scrum framework
- Participate in off-hours maintenance, and escalations via on-call rotation
- Knowledge of Cisco ACI
- 2+ years of general scripting experience
- 3+ years using systems tools such as SCCM, and others
- Experience installing and configuring Windows SQL
- Understanding of Networking and SAN principles
- Working knowledge of AWS, console, and related tools
