Responsibilities
  • Be the Point of Contact for all HV SME activities within the business across the APAC region
  • Lead a team of HV Commissioning Engineers to perform works across the APAC region
  • Be able to explain the nuances of HV Commissioning processes to Data Centre clients in a clear, simple manner
  • Management of health, safety & environmental issues
  • Take proactive action to ensure zero harm to all employees, customers, contractors and the environment
  • Perform a project risk assessment and take appropriate control measures before starting any major testing & Commissioning
  • Manage the project budget to include all change orders
  • Define commissioning plans including resourcing and scheduling
  • Lead commissioning effort to achieve on time project handover in accordance with the customer requirements
  • Perform routine project Cost Performance reporting
  • Oversee complete commissioning and performance acceptance testing of High Voltage infrastructure
  • Lead QA/QC process
  • Assist with the development of tender proposals and pricing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and field personnel to develop additional business for the company with a focus on High Voltage projects
  • Maintain and communicate internal project requirements and overall, Lessons Learned
