TheOpportunity:

AM RavelloServer Assistant

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can providediningsupport in our breakfast restaurant, Ravellowho has prior experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities:

Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing ofchina, glass, and silver
Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions

Minimum Qualifications:

Backgroundin fine dining with an emphasis on high volume is preferred
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule,abilityto workweekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
