Requirements
  • Approve for refill maintenance medications when such approval is requested by a Pharmacist. Prescribe
  • Controlled medications within guidelines or written protocols. Drugs may be prescribed within the guidelines or

  • The Physician will provide primary health care services to ambulatory patients within the specified within the
