Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Expertise in retail banking, insurance, and mortgage banking.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project plans, strategies, statements of work, effort and cost estimations, quality plans, and other management documents.
- Coordinate, schedule, and plan production rollouts and implementations for enterprise releases.
- Conduct application design walkthroughs with stakeholders.
- Create risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate test data and test environment setup.
- Supervise the execution process and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and metrics.
- Perform project management activities, including interaction with all stakeholders.
- Establish and organize onsite and offshore teams.
- Monitor and track tasks of team members and stakeholders.
- Build checklists and guidelines for test design, scripting, and execution.
- Conduct audits of identified vendors.
