Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an operational role within a SaaS organization
  • Strong experience using Salesforce, Excel/Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly
  • Solution-focused attitude, analytical thinker with the ability to understand the 'why' and the 'what'

Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with the GTM Leadership team to develop operations, analyze performance, and improve efficiency in the sales process
  • Facilitate and create outbound campaign initiatives, from lead list creation to performance tracking
  • Create Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and processes
  • Provide analysis and strategic insights from the team's performance data in Salesforce
  • Assist the leadership team in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies, facilitating continuous process improvements
  • Identify areas and opportunities to optimize within various territories and implement changes with support of leadership
