Requirements
  • Candidate must be a full-time student currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience programming in Python
  • Experience in computer vision, motion planning, or machine learning
  • Solid knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be curious, eager, open to learning, and independent
Responsibilities
  • Work with a mentor to solve a real-world robotics problem appropriate for the time frame allowed.
  • Coordinate with other engineers and technical experts in developing and validating an approach and implementing one or more solutions.
  • Working with a multidisciplinary team to develop, debug, and deploy software for controlling physical components comprising robotic applications.
  • Documenting the results of test runs and presenting findings to software engineers.
  • This role will be onsite at the Bedford, MA office.
  • This position will run from approximately Jan. – June 2026 (dates flexible).
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Git or some other version control system
  • Knowledge of Agile software development practices
  • Experience with distributed and parallel computing
  • Experience programming in Python and C++
