- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of logistics leadership experience (construction or field service industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of ERP and logistics platforms (e.g., BuildOps, Viewpoint)
- Experience managing warehouse, delivery, and multi-project logistics

- Direct fleet and equipment operations, maintenance, and compliance (OSHA/DOT)
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, purchasing, and field leaders for timely jobsite fulfillment
- Implement logistics systems and technology for scheduling, routing, and communication
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse, delivery, and logistics staff
- Establish KPIs and monitor performance for logistics, tool control, and fleet functions
- Optimize costs, processes, and workflow to improve overall efficiency
