  • 8–10+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, analytics, and governance across modern enterprise environments.
  • 3–5+ years leading data teams and mentoring consultants in technical and professional growth.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), modern ETL/data tools (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue), and data engineering best practices.
  • Strong consulting background—able to navigate client dynamics, coach others in consultative delivery, and support pre-sales efforts.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence—with the ability to influence at multiple levels and guide strategic decisions.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to guide the development of solutions for complex challenges.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS, Systems Engineering, data science or related field.
Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement modern data solutions for enterprise clients using cloud-native tools and scalable engineering practices.
  • Lead the development of strategic data initiatives, including warehousing, governance, ETL modernization, and cloud migration.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor—translating business needs into data architecture plans and implementation roadmaps.
  • Guide clients through ambiguity with a structured, collaborative mindset grounded in consultative leadership.
  • Mentor and coach consultants in both technical and consultative growth areas.
  • Engage in pre-sales and solution shaping—building relationships, framing delivery, estimating, and shaping UDig’s approach.
  • Represent UDig in the market as a calm, credible expert with a bias for impact and partnership.
