About The Role:  

We are looking for an Outbound Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize the dispatching, order packing, and shipping processes in our warehouse. The Outbound Operations Supervisor will focus on leading a team of warehouse associates to safely and accurately pick, pack, fulfill, and ship to our customers around the world! You will lead, train, evaluate, and reward staff, manage daily fulfillment schedules, and maintain optimal shipping operations. To ensure success, you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce environment and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes team cohesion, shipping accuracy, and on-time order dispatch. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads Safety initiatives in the warehouse to promote a culture of safety and compliance to process and procedure.

• Plans, organizes, and directs daily outbound fulfillment, order picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

• Monitors and optimizes outbound shipping efficiency, order fulfillment metrics, and carrier cut-off deadlines.

• Coordinates with carrier representatives, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to schedule pickups and resolve transit delays.

• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.

• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

• Ability to maintain warehouse staff by orienting, and training employees.

• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

• Oversees packing room workflows, order staging, dock operations, and outbound carrier loading.

• Determines labor needs to meet production goals.

• Assists with budget preparation for the operations unit.

• Assists with, or prepares and updates, organizations operations manual and policies.

• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field (Preferred) 

• 5-7 years experience (Preferred) 

• Confidence in continuously improving staff performance by actively coaching and counseling.

• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.

• Extensive knowledge of outbound shipping processes, parcel and LTL freight routing, and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Strong expertise in carrier management, shipping rate structures, and logistics efficiency optimization.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

• Bilingual proficiency preferred – candidates who speak Spanish in addition to English are strongly encouraged to apply.
