  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • A minimum of three years of Benefits or Human Resources experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of risk management techniques, including Employee Health and Benefits markets and marketing techniques, is required.
  • Deep understanding of various funding mechanisms and the ability to share knowledge with a variety of stakeholders is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future is required.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Resolve complex issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility while keeping benefits consultants informed.
  • Use market strategy insights and request benchmarking data to shape the approach.
  • Lead the marketing process by gathering request-for-proposal documents and exploring negotiation opportunities.
  • Drive carrier negotiations and oversee technological implementations.
  • Prepare presentations, develop meeting agendas, and coordinate plan documents.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with compliance resources to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Drive client strategy and engage with decision-makers.
  • Oversee the full benefits renewal lifecycle, including monitoring deliverables.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three to six years of experience in the insurance broker space is desired.
  • A Life and Health License, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days, is desired.
