Its therapist-led model combines home health with neurological rehabilitation and aging-in-place strategies to help clients maintain daily living skills. The company differentiates itself by being owned and managed by physical therapists, focusing on functional outcomes and independence for older adults, including those with ALS, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer's, and stroke. Its goal is to maximize independence and function to improve quality of life for seniors while supporting aging in place across Florida and Michigan.
