Provide administrative support to the sales team and management
Prepare and manage sales documentation, reports, and presentations
Assist with scheduling client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information
Respond to client inquiries and resolve minor issues in a timely manner
Monitor sales performance metrics and track team progress
Support in preparing sales proposals and contracts
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
