Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the financial, telecommunications, or energy supply sector.
  • Several years of experience independently designing and implementing AI use cases, including at least one completed proof of concept.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills when interacting with specialist departments, stakeholders, and management.
  • Good knowledge of or willingness to learn Python, Azure, MCPs, and cloud-based environments.
  • A completed degree in economics/business, insurance, computer science, or a comparable field.
  • Very good German language skills at least at C1 level.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance processes, data protection, and ethical issues related to artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, and implement AI use cases in input management together with specialist departments, process owners, and the AI community network.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and documentation of innovative AI applications and use cases.
  • Support the collection and analysis of data as a basis for data-driven decisions and AI applications.
  • Develop and optimize prompts through prompt engineering to improve the effective use of AI systems and internal processes.
  • Monitor current trends in input management and artificial intelligence and bring relevant developments into the organization.
  • Support the development of decentralized AI expertise in the Operations division through knowledge sharing, community work, and methodological development.
