The seminars will focus on issues in administrative studies. The focus of these seminars should be expected to change from year to year.
This facilitator-driven seminar introduces students to important aspects of personal and leadership development. This course will broaden a student's awareness in topics related to career development, leadership skills, self and balance, and community involvement.

Requirements:
Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in human resources management or leadership. Must also demonstrate recent professional experience in the area of the course. Must have a network of representatives from various industries to assist as guest speakers where applicable. Must have a flexible timetable to meet students and employers throughout the semester. Must be able to evaluate reports and other deliverables in French.
