Responsibilities
Support the sales team in administrative and operational tasks
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
Respond to client inquiries and assist in follow-ups
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales representatives
Assist in preparing reports and tracking sales metrics
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1+ years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
