We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our growing team. This role will be part of a cross-functional team focused on the development of world-class user experiences for healthcare decisions.

What You’ll do:

• Develop innovative user experiences for applications involving AI-assisted decision-making

• Conduct, interpret, and apply UX research to guide design decisions

• Collaborate with domain experts to identify optimal solutions for streamlining decisioning

• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience refinements

• Collaborate cross-functionally to test and optimize product solutions

• Quickly iterate on design prototypes incorporating team and user feedback

• Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and integrate with existing frameworks.

• Anticipate potential problems and identify testing opportunities and measures of success to promote continual improvement

• Implement and maintain processes to scale, update and manage our design system

• Work with your design peers to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience for our customers as they move across different platforms and tasks 
  

What You’ll Bring:

• You have 6+ years of UX/UI experience in a fast-paced environment 

• You are passionate about understanding users and creating first-class products 

• You have a strong portfolio of real-world projects employing user-centered design principles to create thoughtful, well-designed visual solutions to address real customer’s needs

• You are able to articulate and document your ideas clearly, as well as underlying rationale, and excel at cross-functional bridge-building, facilitating conversations among multiple stakeholders

• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Creative Suite, and/or other design tools

The base salary for this position will vary based on an array of factors unique to each candidate such as qualifications, years and depth of experience, skill set, certifications, etc. The base salary range for this role is $190,000 to $230,000. We are hiring for different seniorities, and our Recruiting team will let you know if you qualify for a different role/range. Salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes meaningful equity, excellent healthcare, flexible time off, and other benefits and perks.
