Bodhi is the Publicis Sapient’s AI/ML offering that is being used in client projects for past many years. It consists of a Cloud-agnostic Core, A set of custom capabilities (APIs, libraries and SDK) and custom solutions that were built on top of it.

The Core.IS platform would receive and process large volumes of both unstructured and structured data. The Groupe has multiple-decades worth of audio, video, image, text digital assets and additional "licensed" 3rd party data. These would be made available as part of the Creative/Media processes for any advertising engagement.
Qualifications
Your Impact:
The Data Science leader is responsible for identifying AI opportunities in the Marketing/Advertising supply chain, Defining the hypotheses and potential models, mentor and guide the team towards implementation, validation of those models.
The DS Lead would have a strong DS background in traditional ML. In addition, they would preferably have worked on Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions over the years (pre LLMs). Knowledge of Visual Language Models would be a plus. This person would also be expected help define evaluation metrics and success criteria, given the probabilistic nature of the solutions. Experience in taking models to production at scale is a must.
Your Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
