ARRAY Technologies selected as the tracker supplier for Statkraft's high altitude Lupi Solar Project in Peru.

ARRAY Technologies selected as the tracker supplier for Statkraft's high altitude Lupi Solar Project in Peru. First deployment of ARRAY OmniTrack(R) Terrain-Following Tracker in Latin America ALBUQUERQUE, NM, [May 4, 2026] - ARRAY Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) ("ARRAY" or the "Company"), a leading global provider of solar tracking technology and fixed-tilt products, foundation solutions, software systems and services, today announced that the ARRAY OmniTrack(R) terrain-following product has been contracted as the tracker technology for the Lupi Solar Project in Peru, developed by Statkraft Peru a subsidiary of Statkraft AS, a leading company in hydropower internationally and Europe's largest generator of renewable energy.[(1)] The Lupi Solar Project is among the highest altitude photovoltaic developments in the world, located at an average of 4,500 meters above sea level in the Mariscal Nieto province. The project will have an installed capacity of approximately 180 MWp. Main construction is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026, with a target commercial operation date in late 2027. The project is owned by Statkraft Peru, one of the region's leading renewable independent power producers, reinforcing its bankability and execution strength. This project signals confidence in the Peruvian market and highlights continued momentum for scalable clean energy investment across Latin America. "Lupi is an emblematic project for Statkraft and for Peru; it marks a new phase in our mission to continue advancing renewable energy in the country," said Enzo Contreras, Country Manager of Statkraft Peru. "Its development at an altitude averaging 4,500 meters reflects our capability to execute world-class projects, optimizing the use of solar radiation in partnership with stakeholders who enable us to achieve the highest standards of efficiency and reliability, thereby strengthening the national energy matrix with sustainable power." The project's high altitude presents a unique set of engineering challenges, including intense ultraviolet exposure, cold nighttime temperatures, and repeated thermal cycling, highlighting the reliability and engineered simplicity of the OmniTrack system for extreme weather environments. The complex logistics to deliver the tracker to a remote environment reflects the strength of ARRAY's supply chain and ability to meet customer needs in some of the most challenging conditions. ARRAY's OmniTrack terrain-following tracker is designed to minimize terrain modifications during construction by following natural land contours, thereby reducing costs associated with grading and preserving the local ecology. OmniTrack's terrain-following capabilities are a highly effective solution for challenging terrains. "Being selected for the Lupi Solar Project marks an exciting milestone as the first deployment of OmniTrack in Latin America," said Neil Manning, President & Chief Operating Officer of ARRAY. "For sites with uneven terrain and significant elevation change like the Lupi Solar Project, OmniTrack is an ideal solution, coupling terrain-following capabilities with the trusted reliability of ARRAY's engineering in tough conditions. This project is a testament to the continued momentum we're seeing across the region where we remain dedicated to working closely with our customers and excited to support the growing Latin American solar market." By combining utility-scale with an extreme high-altitude location, the Lupi Solar Project serves as a compelling proof point for the viability of utility-scale solar in mountainous regions, paving the way for future development in high elevation markets worldwide. Array Technologies proposes board declassification as directors depart amid weaker results

Array Technologies has proposed declassifying its board beginning at the 2027 annual meeting, whilst several long-serving and newly appointed independent directors will not stand for re-election at the upcoming 19 May 2026 meeting. The governance changes come as the solar tracker manufacturer faces weaker quarterly results and shifting analyst expectations. The board restructuring arrives amid mounting challenges including volatile orders, margin pressure from tariffs and input costs, and a wider GAAP net loss. Analysts have been cutting price targets in response to recent performance. Array Technologies' narrative projects $1.7 billion revenue and $80.4 million earnings by 2029, requiring 9.2% yearly revenue growth. The company's fair value is estimated at $10.04, representing a 40% upside to its current price, though persistent tariff and policy uncertainty remains a key risk.
