Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a computer-related curriculum or equivalent experience is required.
  • Six or more years of Information Technology experience is required.
  • Three to five years of experience or education with the Epicor Kinetic development toolset, including Business Process Management, Business Activity Query and User-Defined Business Activity Query, Client Customizations, Functions, Application Studio, Data Management Tool, and Dashboards.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning implementations or Kinetic upgrades from Client to Browser.
  • Three to five years of experience or education with Structured Query Language, C#/.NET/LINQ, Report Builder, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL queries, views, stored procedures, Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces, and integrations.
  • Ability to meet all information technology standards.
  • Ability to maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other employees.
  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop, and operate daily the subsystems within the Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning system and associated third-party systems.
  • Participate in analyzing, designing, and building new software applications that integrate with the existing Enterprise Resource Planning system.
  • Analyze and repair functional and technical software problems related to the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning subsystems and software systems integrated with the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
  • Perform development, design, implementation, operation, delivery, and service activities for Enterprise Resource Planning and integrated software systems.
  • Interact with content managers to update existing software applications and create new applications.
  • Write code and test new applications to ensure business functionality is achieved.
  • Document procedures and operating methods.
  • Design and maintain databases as needed to ensure business functionality is achieved.
  • Prepare test data and execute unit and system tests for technology development.
  • Prepare test data and analyze program performance during testing.
  • Train users on new software system functionality.

  • Understanding of Epicor’s Product Configurators is a plus.
