Core Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Campaigns: 
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels including search engines, social media, email, websites and display advertising.
• SEO and SEM Management: 
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO). 
• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns (SEM) on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Social Media Strategy:
• Design and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our online and bricks & mortar locations. 
• Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for our instagram and facebook channels. 
• Email Marketing:
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters (Klaviyo) and promotional offers.
• Promotions & Sales:
• Coordinate promotions and product launches.
• Evaluate best sellers/most searched items for website highlights.
• E-commerce Development & Strategy:
• Optimize websites (Shopify) to maximize conversions.
• Identify opportunities with third-party sellers (e.g., eBay).
• Analytics and Reporting: 
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. 
• Analyze and report on the performance of SEO and SEM campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and user experience.
• Implement strategies based on test results to optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 3 years of digital marketing experience (retail/outdoor industry preferred)
• Experience planning and executing end to end multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Experience developing and executing SEO and SEM strategies
• Proficient in tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Proficient with Social Media content and customer engagement.
• Experience managing an ecommerce storefront (Shopify preferred).
• Experience with third-party sellers. 
• Excellent communication skills and eager to share your ideas and thoughts on best practices. 
• A leader who can be organized, work independently and collaboratively with a close knit team. 
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
• Ski, snowboard or biking experience is a plus.
