  • Have a minimum 3-5 years of experience working in Human Resources or People Operations, 2+ years of which include direct experience working on benefits in the US
  • Are familiar with benefits management at a fast-paced startup environment
  • Have experience working with leave of absence (such as FMLA and CFR) and rolling out a leave management system
  • Have experience with benefits reporting
  • Are reliable and responsive -- you will be answering time-sensitive and urgent questions and requests from employees
  • Are organized and detail-oriented -- you will manage time-sensitive and critical processes around immigration cases and more
  • Are service-oriented -- you consider internal teams as “clients” for whom you want to provide a great experience
Responsibilities
  • Manage our global benefits program, including program renewals, vendor management and changes, and new program expansion
  • Oversee our paid time off and holiday programs globally
  • Design and manage our leaves of absence program
  • Improve employee-facing Benefits communications and resources
  • Provide a positive user experience as you answer questions and address benefits issues for Ants (what we call our employees!)
  • Manage the completion of compliance items and reporting
