Lumino Labs offers a decentralized compute platform for training AI models, catering to AI researchers, developers, and organizations. The platform allows users to fine-tune models like Llama2 or create custom AI solutions by utilizing a network of GPUs contributed by various individuals. This decentralized approach reduces costs and prevents control by any single entity, addressing issues faced with traditional centralized cloud platforms. Lumino Labs operates a marketplace where GPU providers can earn rewards while users pay for the computational resources they use. The company's goal is to democratize access to computational power, making AI development more accessible and affordable for everyone.
