The company expanded its reach by founding Silverthorne Homes for luxury move-up homes and by acquiring Elite Homes, then joining Clayton Properties Group to broaden its footprint. Through these efforts, Arbor Homes aims to increase home ownership by delivering high-quality homes at good value.
