Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of sales leadership experience within a SaaS-based product, Identity and Cyber Security highly preferred.
  • Highly instrumented and analytic sales executive.
  • Process-driven with the ability to use a quantitative approach to apply business insights to sales.
  • Dynamic executive with the ability to strategically build innovative sales models combined with the tactical ability to execute.
  • Has seen a growth journey but has the ability to scale down.
  • Ability to travel 40-60%.
Responsibilities
  • Direct responsibility for the leadership of the field sales organization within the region and driving growth.
  • Be part of crafting and executing the overall sales strategy to encompass the products. Drive all business from initial lead through the entire customer lifecycle to maximize revenue.
  • Drive profitable subscription revenue growth in a purposeful way. Assess and improve current customer relationships. Create and execute short- and long-term channel strategies. The ultimate goal is to build a highly metric-driven and predictable revenue team.
  • Propose & implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance and build/refine the infrastructure to facilitate ambitious & exciting growth.
  • Manage a team of Enterprise and Major Account Executives including team structure, hiring, performance assessment, coaching and feedback, team succession planning, and training.
  • Work closely with marketing and product organizations to create a strong, collaborative partnership that will ensure success in competitive positioning, market awareness, and execution.
