Responsibilities
  • Direct responsibility for the leadership of the field sales organization within the region and driving growth.
  • Be part of crafting and executing the overall sales strategy to encompass the products.
  • Drive profitable subscription revenue growth in a purposeful way.
  • Assess and improve current customer relationships.
  • Create and execute short- and long-term channel strategies.
  • Propose & implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance and build/refine the infrastructure to facilitate ambitious & exciting growth.
  • Manage a team of Enterprise and Major Account Executives including team structure, hiring, performance assessment, coaching and feedback, team succession planning, and training.
  • Work closely with marketing and product organizations to create a strong, collaborative partnership that will ensure success in competitive positioning, market awareness, and execution.
