Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, communications, journalism, operations, marketing, supply chain, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience managing projects with attention to detail and contributing to a team with an innovative mindset. Note: Event management experience a plus
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Adept in Power Point, Miro, and social media communications. Plus, experience tracking and communicating metrics in Wrike. Technical knowledge of Wrike is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and use collaborative tools. Comfortable using knowledge management tools such as Confluence and communication portals such as Highspot
Responsibilities
  • Expand brand credibility by making thought leadership assets easy to access using company tools like Highspot
  • Coordinate all aspects of Kinaxis guest lectures in the classroom - from pre-guest lecture communications to sending post guest lecture survey and evaluating results
  • Collaborate with Marketing to send outreach communications to our academic and thought leadership communities. Capture the voice of the customer and our Kinaxis culture in all communications. Apply knowledge of data privacy policies
  • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team on ideas to identify future talent and build talent pipeline
  • Coordinate across the TLIO team and support event planning for various outreach
  • Drive efficient ways of tracking team metrics and manage consistent and accurate inputs to Wrike
