- 15+ years of proven leadership experience within the ad tech sectors supporting revenue generating teams
- 8+ years of experience establishing Sales Enablement functions in a highly cross-functional environment
- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then making it happen
- Highly collaborative with success cultivating stakeholder relationships and driving alignment with senior leaders
- Creative thinker familiar with basic advertising sales strategies and processes and key advertising KPIs
- Organized, detail-oriented and strategically focused; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in sales enablement software and tools (e.g. sales collateral management, presentation software, learning management systems)
- Willing to take feedback, learn and grow; an ethos of continuous self-improvement
- Lead the strategy, development, and measurement of sales enablement programs to improve and optimize knowledge, behavior, and skills for high-performing sales teams
- Build a highly effective team motivated by your expertise with regard to sales enablement best practices
- Lead a team of four managers that leverage the best of the teams talents and passions
- Maintain strong collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing and Product teams
- Track and communicate progress of sales enablement initiatives and pacing to key performance metrics
- Drive adoption and scale of sales productivity tools and identify opportunities to systematize best practices
- Create and execute training programs to optimize sales productivity, and drive adoption of sales processes
- Ensure that content, training and programs are instrumented so that we are making data-driven decisions and quantifying the impact of sales enablement
- Communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and view sales programs as a multiplier
- Drive continuous innovation and improvement
- Experience creating sales training content and scaling adoption is a plus
- Must have strong data analytics skills. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus
