The Role
You will have the exciting opportunity to help accelerate Pantheon’s growing partnership with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This will include collaborating with both internal and external resources, building relationships and finding opportunities to help scale our activities. This role will be passionate about implementing our go-to-market motions with various GCP Partner and Sales teams while collaborating closely with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams within Pantheon.
Success will require developing positive relationships with multiple internal and partner counterparts. As one of the key people in Pantheon’s highest priority and fastest growing business unit, your ability to own your partnership will have a direct impact on Pantheon’s growth!
We’re a startup (late-stage), so we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm for our mission to make the web a first-class platform that delivers results, and of course, the ability to turn on a dime when necessary.
Cool Things You’ll Do
- Own and implement the day-to-day activities of Pantheon’s relationship with Google Cloud Platform, including our Marketplace and ISV offerings
- Work with our Sales teams to generate strategic opportunities for co-sell across our target verticals and geographies
- Communicate frequently with key customers and executives on associated success metrics for the GCP partnership
- Have a material impact on net new and expansion business via business development activities
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop enablement assets that communicate and demonstrate the value of the partnership, including customer stories, solution overviews, GCP Seller Kits, and possibly videos
- Support the execution of our joint-GTM with Google to define the “WebOps” category and turn the vision into a reality for Pantheon and our customers
- Build processes that enable scale across the Sales Organization
- Travel as needed to support our Partnership and customers
- Smash quarterly and annual targets
What you Bring to the Table
- 6+ years enterprise sales experience and/or partner sales management
- Passion for sales and for working with large multinational partners and organizations
- Technical proficiency in cloud concepts, SaaS, or ISV software sales a plus
- Knowledge of various CSP programs, solutions, and GTM drivers
- Ability to supervise multiple work streams and drive them to successful conclusion
- Quick, autonomous operator and thrive in constantly evolving and high-growth environments
- Take initiative when you see work that needs to be done
- Comfortable finding solutions to sophisticated problems while balancing the needs of multiple collaborators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Bonus Points for
- Background working with a major CSPs (GCP/Azure/AWS)
- Experience working with or at Regional Systems Integrators
- Direct sales or account management experience
- Open Source and/or SaaS

The US OTE salary range for this position is $147,000 - $220,000 per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
