Requirements
  • 10+ years as a mechanical engineer in the space industry

  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Accountable for all mechanical and thermal engineering activities
  • Ensure all aspects of design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing are executed to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with product development and program execution to ensure successful execution of our space programs.
  • Enhance and maintain the supporting processes and infrastructure that contribute to Loft’s success.
