Requirements
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills

  • 3+ years in similar field of work
  • Advanced level of knowledge using excel and software to manage data and inventory orders
  • Lightspeed POS and Oracle ERP experience preferred
  • Tableau report creation knowledge is a great bonus
Responsibilities
  • Build and direct a team of Buyers across a region optimizing inventory performance, profitability, and assortment plans
  • Team leadership and employee development including goal setting, reviews, and benchmarking of Buyer's performance
  • Lead the onboarding, training, and mentoring of staff in the department
  • Drive KPI's that support the territory and Buyer's inventory performance goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional inventory management activities for new product induction, end of lifecycle management and assortment planning
  • Create Oracle/B2B/POS purchase orders, manage back-orders
  • Develop a rhythmic feedback cycle with cross-functional teams to improve and refine the assortment plan and replenishment levels
  • Develop strong partnerships with suppliers and internal terms
  • Measure and drive progress against department and buyer KPIs
  • Coordinate and communicate new product launches with all departments and store teams to ensure successful introductions
  • Compile, review and interpret inventory and sales data to identify product and category opportunities to grow store and market revenue
  • Work with the Retail Leadership team to refine the systems and increase efficiencies to scale program within the USA
  • Create assortment plans and inventory strategies for new store launches and newly acquired stores
  • Other duties as assigned
