Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working as a systems engineer on financial SaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial workflows, particularly those related to manufacturing, inventory management, financial reporting, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay
  • Proven experience building and managing integrations between Netsuite and other systems
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript and SuiteAnalytics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex system and integration issues
  • Proven track record of partnering with Accounting, Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to deliver results
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance our Netsuite financial ERP system and other Finance systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our growing global organization
  • Troubleshoot and improve integrations between Netsuite and subledger systems, collaborating closely with software engineers and stakeholders to ensure data completeness, timeliness, and integrity
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features and customizations to streamline processes and support our growth
  • Work with users to understand their needs and challenges, and resolve issues to optimize user experience
  • Manage system upgrades and releases to ensure minimal disruption to operations
