Channel Partner Sales Rep
We are looking for a dynamic high performing Sales representative to join us at the Harris Ambulatory Care Enterprise (ACE), a division of Harris Computer. This person will manage Channel Partner Sales activity for CareTracker business unit tapping into the innovative Practice Management and EMR products we are building to drive Channel Partner sales growth. The CareTracker Channel Partner business has maintained a steady growth for over 15 years, with a reseller program revamp in 2024.
With the current momentum the channel partner sales rep will focus on using the technology and principles that have maintained our program over the years and expanding to net new partner opportunities. In this role you will collaborate closely with the client management, direct sales, and marketing teams to drive new sales, guide the product roadmap and create an enduring organization.
What your impact will be:
- Build, Own and Execute the Sales strategy for our Channel Partner customers focusing on growing our Net New business.
- Aggressively hunt for new names by identifying business opportunities and creating robust pipelines. Key focus on medical billing companies and technology resellers.
- Become an expert on CareTracker PM & EMR products and demo to prospects
- Become proficient in the Channel Partner program and partner contracts to execute a full sales agreement
- Partner with Marketing to lead effective campaigns to build brand awareness.
- Meet, then exceed monthly/quarterly/annual forecasted bookings targets.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the market & competition and partner with other departments to execute a winning strategy.
- Collaborate with other teams in CareTracker and across Harris to positively impact the overall success of the organization.
- Build business partnerships with complimentary organizations, such as ACOs, to grow our partner network and profitability
- Travel as needed to build relationships and close deals. Travel to conferences and trade shows will also be required.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience selling software solutions with a proven track record of driving bookings and revenue growth.
- Interpersonal skills with a focus on accountability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with exceptional organizational ability.
- Out of the box thinker consistently looking for creative solutions to drive exceptional results.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
What would make you stand out:
- Background in selling software products within the Ambulatory Healthcare market.
- Experience executing a brand awareness strategy that establishes the product leadership in the marketplace.
- Previous experience building partnerships, and selling to, Channel Partners and Resellers.
