  • Develop close-the-gap plans for underperforming accounts, present those plans, and adjust activity levels when forecasts are off plan.
  • Capture pertinent customer and opportunity information, keep the sales pipeline current, and document customer conversations and information.
  • Understand credit-granting requirements and customer pricing options, and submit complex deals for approval when required.
  • Forecast opportunities expected to close within the next 30, 60, or 90 days.
  • Identify accounts at risk of retention and develop retention strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings according to the sales management meeting cadence.
  • Handle incoming customer requests by completing tasks or working with internal teams to resolve card orders, billing problems, technical issues, site issues, billing questions, and reporting requests.
