Who we are looking for:
VML is seeking an Bi-Lingual Account Manager to support the day-to-day activities to creatively execute and produce client marketing programs for one of our largest clients in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. You will be one of the client contacts on a new account, ensuring client approvals are secured, client objectives are achieved, and timelines and budgets are met. You will communicate externally with the client(s) and internally with the project team to keep all apprised of project status, updates and changes.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders pertinent to the account (cross-department teams, outside agency partners and clients)
- Lead all status reports and calls with clients, agency partners and internal teams
- Keep a pulse on competitive activity in the market. Be particularly connected on trends on social media in a social-first approach
- Work collaboratively with our creative project managers to adhere to project timelines to get things done effective and efficiently for clients
- Maintain a pulse and have a thorough understanding of clients’ category and business
- Look for opportunities, anticipate openings for initiatives, and plan for the unexpected
- Build a good relationship with the client and become a trusted source in the company
- Report to the Group Account Director to keep the team informed on the day-to-day work flow and progress of work/projects
Who you are:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to build relationships and collaborate across teams, departments, vendors and clients to successfully accomplish work
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism
- Ability to effectively managing multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
- Proactive approach and positive attitude
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of account management experience in an agency environment or similar. QSR category experience a plus!
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
- Ability to work as a team and foster positive team spirit and collaboration
- Also have the ability to work independently when needed
- High-level ability to multi-task and manage various task/projects effectively

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
