Requirements
  • 2+ years of account management experience in an agency environment or similar. QSR category experience a plus!
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are a must.
  • Ability to work as a team and foster positive team spirit and collaboration
  • Also have the ability to work independently when needed
  • High-level ability to multi-task and manage various task/projects effectively
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders pertinent to the account (cross-department teams, outside agency partners and clients)
  • Lead all status reports and calls with clients, agency partners and internal teams
  • Keep a pulse on competitive activity in the market. Be particularly connected on trends on social media in a social-first approach
  • Work collaboratively with our creative project managers to adhere to project timelines to get things done effective and efficiently for clients
  • Maintain a pulse and have a thorough understanding of clients’ category and business
  • Look for opportunities, anticipate openings for initiatives, and plan for the unexpected
  • Build a good relationship with the client and become a trusted source in the company
  • Report to the Group Account Director to keep the team informed on the day-to-day work flow and progress of work/projects
