What You’ll Do
We are looking for a General Manager. In this role, you will lead a Business Unit and deliver succesful metrics for the BU. You will report directly to the CEO, engage closely with the executive team and have significant autonomy in leading projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Unit’s key strategic and operational tasks for Vial including core clinical ops, M&A, and investor relations
- Manage the Business Unit end-to-end with input from key stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in Product and/or Finance and/or Business Operations and/or Strategy and/or Analytics
- Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred a plus
- Deeply analytical, systems thinker, focused on finding scalable solutions
