Responsibilities
  • Drive new deposit growth through customer interactions, internal referrals, business development activities, and community networking.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with business and consumer customers and serve as a trusted resource for their banking needs.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce customers to products, services, and treasury management solutions that support their financial goals.
  • Implement and support treasury management services throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Open, maintain, and update business and consumer accounts accurately.
  • Prepare and deliver required customer reporting.
  • Proactively address customer needs and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage lobby traffic and create a welcoming, professional branch environment.
  • Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and balancing activities.
  • Ensure account documentation, customer records, and branch activities comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support accountability, compliance, and operational excellence within the branch.
