Requirements
  • Experience with Internet software and Windows operating systems, including proficiency in Word, and Excel for presentations and reports.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with the supervisor(s).
  • Legally authorized to work in the US for ANY employer.
Responsibilities
  • Establish control points related to standards and operating procedures to implement quality assurance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business areas where data insights can drive significant business benefits.
  • Leverage skills to develop plans, monitor deliverable progress, and ensure timely completion of work assigned with regular communication to stakeholders to ensure we meet the business needs and requirements.
  • Track, and report all activities done in Salesforce related to incentive application processing in a timely fashion, so that the business impact can be clearly identified and reported.
  • Prepares and analyzes quality reports.
  • Clear communication with the Quality Assurance Supervisor and Incentive Leadership as directed by the QA supervisor.
  • Compiles and analyzes data, prepares various reports used to evaluate effectiveness of existing processes and procedures.
  • Provides Supervisors with regular performance feedback on the agents.
  • Participates in the design of quality monitoring forms and quality standards.
  • Conducts Calibration sessions with supervisors.
  • Conducts counter audits to ensure the QA Specialist, and Salesforce sites are calibrated.
