Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and Creative Studio colleagues to evaluate and prioritize requests
  • Discuss current projects with team members and assist them where necessary
  • Give advice to colleagues and clients in software, branding, layout and design
  • Actively work on Presentation Studio requests on a regular basis
  • Manage time off, remote work and office policies while maintaining appropriate level of staffing
  • Be a first point of contact for conflict resolution within the local team
  • Understand and implement Presentation Studio processes and Oliver Wyman policies
  • Act as an ambassador for the Creative Studio with stakeholders across the firm
  • Gather feedback on a regular basis and pass on relevant information to the Presentation Studio management
  • Facilitate a collaborative and creative work environment for the team
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance
  • Address performance issues and implement improvement plans when necessary
  • Assist the team where necessary to solve client problems by translating requirements into appropriate solutions
  • Escalate issues that affect the performance of the team
