Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • At minimum of two years of experience working in a global HR capacity with an emphasis on recruitment.
  • Ability to be proactive, independent, customer-oriented, and creative in problem solving.
  • Comfortable in identifying and raising issues, and actively partnering in finding a solution.
  • Highest level of integrity and ability to keep information confidential.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite as it pertains to analyzing data and creating presentations.
Responsibilities
  • Play an integral role supporting the entire employee life cycle from onboarding, employee experience, termination, leave of absence, etc.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to managers and employees on interpreting HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Be a liaison between HR and global payroll (pertinent for onboarding/offboarding and employee changes).
  • Partner with the global Talent Acquisition team on recruitment related activates to help foster the growth of top talent into the organization.
  • In partnership with Finance, participate in headcount planning activities monitoring budget and headcount projections for dedicated client groups.
  • Assist HR Business Partner in preparing and sharing relevant management information (i.e., reporting, reminders, etc.)
  • In partnership with HR Business Partner, lead cultural change through programs provided by world headquarters.
  • Multiple opportunities to participate and contribute to HR-related projects.
