Requirements
  • Previous administrative or secretarial experience is desired.
  • Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or the ability to learn them.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Basic understanding of Panorama Group, its products and services, and Thrivent Financial.
  • Ability to work with all roles of the team.
  • Ability to represent the organization when working with external clients.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizations.
  • Successful completion of the recruiting, hiring, or contracting background-verification process.
  • Submission of fingerprints to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
  • Compliance with the firm's Code of Ethics, including maintaining outside brokerage accounts at a firm designated by TIMI when accessing Wealthscape.
Responsibilities
  • Support the lead advisor with a variety of functions and tasks.
  • Coordinate client meetings, mailings, and other communications.
  • Answer and triage all incoming calls and messages appropriately.
  • Maintain client correspondence, including mailing lists, card lists, compliance mailings, and marketing mailings.
  • Document client meetings and prefill applications with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain adequate office supplies and the professional appearance of office areas.
  • Maintain the lead advisor's calendar.
  • Update customer relationship management systems as needed and maintain physical or electronic file systems.
  • Input checks received into the blotter and client posting sheets.
