- 3-5 years of digital marketing and marketing automation experience
- Knowledge of marketing platforms including website CMS
- Skills in analyzing data, reporting metrics and communicating key results
- Team player, willing to work collaboratively/cross functionally

Responsibilities
- Serve as the organization's HubSpot platform expert and leads staff education on marketing automation best practices
- Create and execute all marketing automation campaigns - design and build email marketing flows, landing pages and forms, etc
- Perform QA testing on campaigns
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to VP
- Plan and perform A/B testing to improve marketing assets and campaign performance
- Manage lead lifecycle including lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation
- Segment and analyze prospect database to target campaigns
- Perform data cleansing with database
- Ensure compliance with CANSPAM and GDPR
- Conduct research and utilize third-party databases to identify potential leads
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns
- Manages external vendor projects and relationships where appropriate
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce is a plus
- HubSpot marketing automation experience, HubSpot certification is a plus
