Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
  • OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the build, grand opening, and ongoing execution
  • Oversee operations and manage all facets of Experience Center and tours
  • Curate, plan and execution of visitors end-to-end experience
  • Support initial content creation and ongoing maintenance
  • Manage indirect cross-functional team and direct staff
  • Manage planning, development, milestones, and execution to keep program on schedule
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue and regular meetings with stakeholders
  • Develop a framework for briefings from c-level on down. Lead planning, execution and hosting with key stakeholders to determine briefing objectives, business opportunity, attendee profile, agenda, content, speakers and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate on storytelling and generate new ideas and concepts to bring Qualcomm’s innovations and products to life in more compelling and experiential ways
  • Define, track and support sales enablement capitalizing on customer insights and feedback to improve briefings and experience cent
  • Define and deliver systems, tools, program reporting, insights and key metrics for success and continued improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in Executive Briefing Operations preferably in technology
  • 2+ year experience curating, creating and delivering content and working with C-level executives and/or government officials
  • 2+ year experience managing direct staff
  • 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization
