Requirements
  • 5+ years managing security personnel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Leadership experience making decisions with minimal direction and prioritizing across multiple competing demands
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Security Engineers who deploy, configure, as well as manage security infrastructure software and hardware
  • Facilitate security control implementation and auditing activities
  • Help develop security standards, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Collaborate with staff and management of other business units on security related initiatives
  • Ensure that critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary
  • Create and drive the project schedule and related task assignments
  • Demonstrate solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • Document procedures
  • Contribute to the culture of information security across the organization
  • Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as required
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related technology field
  • Security certifications issued by GIAC, CompTIA, ISACA, or (ISC)2
