  • Currently enrolled in a four-year college and returning to school following the internship.

Responsibilities
  • Engaging with the employees of the business function and technology group, such as conducting surveys, focus groups, and interviews, organizing events and activities, and facilitating communication and recognition.
  • Implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives for the business function and technology group, such as conducting assessments, developing action plans, and promoting awareness and best practices.
