  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Script Includes, and Business Rules.
  • Experience with UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Solid, relevant professional experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Write, test, and deploy scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages.
  • Work on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules as required.
  • Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID servers.
  • Improve application performance and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues.
  • Ensure adherence to security policies and ITIL best practices.
  • Guide junior developers, review code, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Assist with ServiceNow version upgrades and testing new features.
