Requirements
  • bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in large networks
  • good knowledge in Switches, Routers, Fortigate firewalls, ISE, IPS/IDS, Web servers and Linux
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • CCNP, CCSP, CCIE, NSE, JNCIP-ENT or equivalent (Asset)
  • willingness to participate in an on-call rotation schedule and weekend maintenance
  • ability to apply both industry standards and out-of-the-box solutions
  • intermediate knowledge in network automation
  • curious and passionate about technology
  • ability to solve problems creatively
  • high energy, self-motivated, conscientious and hardworking
  • interest in and ability to learn new emerging technologies as needed

Responsibilities
  • configure, operate, and recommend improvements to the network
  • analyze, troubleshoot, and implement network architectures and topologies
  • monitor and ensure the network is in a high-performance state
  • work closely with other operations teams to establish business requirements
  • audit and configure routers, switches, firewalls, IDS, ISE, and monitoring solutions
  • support the configuration, installation, and testing of equipment by field technicians
  • conduct quarterly network audit, identify potential risks, and resolve them
  • escalate critical incidents as necessary while keeping stakeholders informed
  • test custom network protocols and solutions in a lab environment
  • follow incident and change management processes
  • document networks, processes, and configurations
