  • Complete 960 enrollments in a calendar year
  • Manage 50 inbound and outbound customer service calls per day
  • Maintain high-quality customer service on all calls
  • Navigate multiple systems to complete the enrollment process
  • Maintain detailed caregiver case notes in Salesforce
  • Focus on the growth of FreedomCare population by onboarding every caregiver with interest
